The Smart Phone Application Tracking Log is provided to record results from trial to trial. This information may be useful to your physician and will show progress in any recommended treatment or life-style change programs. This log may be best viewed on a laptop PC or desktop PC. The Smart Phone Application Tracking Log alerts the user if information is missing in fields required to calculate the Aggregate Trial Average. The words, "Add Data"or "Incomplete Entries"appear if any data is missing in any of the blue fields for the Systolic and Diastolic Averages. If all data is completed in blue fields of a trial row, the words, "Data Complete", will appear.
