The Physician Version Tracking Log is provided to record results of patients from trial to trial. This information is useful to the physician, as it will show progress in any recommended treatment or life-style change programs. The Tracking Log alerts the patient if information is missing in fields required to calculate the Aggregate Trial Average and 95% Confidence Levels of measurements. Confidence Levels provide the physician with validation of the accuracy with which the patient measurements were taken. The words, "Add Data"or "Incomplete Entries"appear if any data is missing in any of the blue fields for the Systolic and Diastolic Averages and standard deviations. If all data is completed in blue fields of a trial row, the words, "Data Complete", will appear.
