
This 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy applies to both the tracking software Activation Keys and the "Mark of Fitness" Blood Pressure Monitor Models WS-820, MF-38, MF-87, MF-46, and DS-1902 sold on this website. This policy is good for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The products may be returned under the following conditions:
Software Activation Keys:
If you are dissatisfied with the Blood Pressure Profiler tracking software within 30 days of purchasing an Activation Key, we will refund the purchase price of the Activation Key by crediting the sale transaction back to your PayPal account. If you purchased a Physicians Version Activation Key on CD, we will refund the purchase price of the Activation Key, less the cost of the CD media ($2.00) and our shipping cost. Monitor Returns:
- Return claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
- Returned items must be received in good, resaleable condition with all original packaging, product parts, accessories and Operating Manual.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless exchanged for another item.
- Defective items will be replaced according to the appropriate warranty. See our Limited Lifetime Warranty and 5-Year Limited Warranty.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refused or Undeliverable Package:
If a package is refused upon arrival or the package undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we be unable to refund the shipping cost.
Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed, we will not able to cancel the order. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) via e-mail once you receive the product shipment. We will send you a pre-paid U.S.P.S. label to return the product to us. Contact us at bloodpressureprofiler@earthlink.net.
Please pack and return the product using the return shipping label we will e-mail to you. The label will be pre-addressed from your address to:

Before returning the product, please contact Blood Pressure Profiler Customer Service by e-mail at bloodpressureprofiler@earthlink.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and for instructions on returning the product. Please retain the original product box for at least 30 days after your purchase in order to repack the product and include all manuals and other printed matter that came with the product. Wrap the original product box in heavy wrapping paper to protect the carton and disguise the package contents. Affix the shipping label to the top of the package. Do not bend label over edges of box.
We will e-mail you a postage paid U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) "Electronic Merchandise Return Label" (First Class)* within 24 hours of receiving your request to return the product. You may drop off the package at the nearest U.S. Post Office. Please use U.S.P.S. to return the product to us, since UPS and FedEx do not ship to a P.O. address.
Once we receive and inspect the product and see that it meets the above conditions,we will refund and credit your PayPal account with the amount you paid, less the restocking fee of 10%, unless exchanged for another model.
* Note: Return label will be printable on your inkjet or laser printer. White, standard inkjet or laser paper should be used to print your labels, or you may use self-adhesive U.S.P.S. labels, if you have them. Glue or tape label to shipping carton. If using tape, tape edges of label to the carton with any mending tape (don't tape over bar code) and U.S. Post Offices will accept it. Affix the shipping label to the top of the package. Do not bend the label over edges of package..
